การเปลี่ยน และคืนสินค้า

ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนสินค้าในทุกกรณี และจะรับเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ในกรณีดังต่อไป นี้เท่านั้น

1. สินค้าไม่ถูกต้องตามรายการสั่งซื้อ

2. สินค้าชำรุดเสียหาย

***ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเปลี่ยน-คืนสินค้าประเภทถุงเท้า ถุงน่องและชุดชั้นใน *ไม่รับเปลี่ยน-คืนทุกกรณี

***สินค้า Pre-order และ Pre-sale ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้ ยกเว้นมีความเสียหายชำรุด

***สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อที่ใช้คูปองส่วนลด หรือรับของสมนาคุณในคำสั่งซื้อ จะไม่สามารถขอเปลี่ยน- คืนสินค้าได้

 

เงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนสินค้า

1. มีคลิปวีดีโอที่ถ่ายขณะแกะเปิดกล่องสินค้า ให้เห็นสภาพกล่องพัสดุ และสินค้าที่ชัดเจน แล้วส่งแจ้งมาที่ Line @sonatathailand

2. มีใบเสร็จหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อจาก โซนาต้า ประเทศไทย

3. ระยะเวลาภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากได้รับสินค้า *และภายในเดือนเท่านั้น บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเปลี่ยนสินค้าจากใบเสร็จข้ามเดือน

4. สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์  ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน และบรรจุภัณฑ์ต้องมีสภาพเหมือนเดิม

 

การเปลี่ยนขนาด

สามารถเปลี่ยนไซซ์ได้โดย การเข้ามาติดต่อที่ร้านโดยตรงเท่าเพื่อให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบสภาพสินค้า และยอมรับสินค้าที่ส่งคืนภายใต้เงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้

1. มีใบเสร็จหลักฐานการสั่งซื้อจาก โซนาต้า ประเทศไทย

2. ระยะเวลาภายใน 7 วัน หลังจากได้รับสินค้า *และภายในเดือนเท่านั้น บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับเปลี่ยนสินค้าจากใบเสร็จข้ามเดือน

3. สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์  ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน และบรรจุภัณฑ์ต้องมีสภาพเหมือนเดิม

4. หากสินค้าที่เปลี่ยนใหม่มีมูลค่ามากกว่าสินค้าเดิม ลูกค้าต้องชำระค่าส่วนต่างของสินค้า รวมถึงค่าขนส่งที่เกิดขึ้นขึ้นทั้งหมด

บริษัทฯ ยินดีรับเปลี่ยนสินค้า ภายใน 7 วันหลังจากได้รับสินค้า และภายในเดือนเดียวกัน** โดยสินค้าและบรรจุภัณฑ์ต้องเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด มิฉะนั้น บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการรับเปลี่ยนสินค้าในทุกกรณี

กรณีชำระเงินด้วยบัตรเครดิต/เดบิต

-  ทางบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนสินค้าและการคืนเงิน ในกรณีชำระเงินด้วยบัตรเครดิต/เดบิต ทุกกรณี

- การขอเปลี่ยนสินค้าสามารถทำได้กับสินค้าที่มีมูลค่าน้อยกว่า หรือเท่ากับมูลค่าของสินค้าเดิมเท่านั้น โดยบริษัทจะไม่สามารถคืนค่าส่วนต่างให้แก่ลูกค้าได้หากขอเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าที่มูลค่าต่ำกว่า

- ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิต/เดบิต สำหรับทุกสิทธิ์ส่วนลด และคำสั่งซื้อที่ใช้คูปองส่วนลด หรือรับของสมนาคุณในคำสั่งซื้อ

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Please be informed that all products are non-refundable or exchanged. Once customers finalize a purchase, they will not be able to return or refund. Except we supply goods in error and the purchased items are damaged.

***For online Purchase, Please record a video while unpacking in case there is a need to make a defective product claim. In case where the purchased items are damaged due to SONATA’s fault, we will be responsible for the expenses associated with the shipments of the returned and exchanged items.

** There are few items that cannot be exchange: Undergarment, Tights, Socks, Consignment and Customized items.

 *** Pre-order /Pre-sale/ Promotion/Sales items are non-exchangeable, except the purchased items are damaged.

 

Change Size

1. The items can be changed within 7 days of received date (**and within the same month)

2. Present original invoice at Sonata Dancewear Thailand store.

3. The items to be exchanged must be in original and perfect condition, with unpacking and labels intact. Washed, used or altered items cannot be exchanged.

4. Customers will be responsible for the expenses associated with the shipment of returned and exchanged items to Sonata Dancewear Thailand store by yourself.

5. However, we cannot accommodate your product exchange request for the products that are out of stock or have been sold out. In the event that there are no products the customer wants to exchange available at that time, the customer may choose other substitute products (other items with the same price).

 

***The company reserves the right to not accept an exchange request, claim or return any products after 7 days of the received date and from the previous month.
